Arteculate is home to an eclectic bunch whose interests are as varied as their articles. Sadly though, since our salad days of sleeping in late and not studying, things have changed. Most of the staff has now decided to take on full-time jobs outside of writing (not everybody can land a cushy job at Engadget, and we like to lend a helping hand to writers in need), with some of them even managing to earn a half decent living. Paying for this ‘living’ we speak of… well that’s had a big impact on the amount and quality (really just the amount, since it’s firmly at 0) of our writing. But never fear; a new leaf has turned, and after a heart-to-heart, Arteculate’s original writers are back in on the action. And this time they come with the cache of Ivy League degrees that have fancy Latin writing on them.
But in all seriousness, if you want to know what makes all of Arteculate’s staff a little too excited, look no further than our tagline (yep, all the way at the top). We’re a group that’s passionate not only about the latest technological developments, but what makes those developments significant to the entire human race.
Thanks for showing some interest in the people behind Arteculate, and we hope you enjoy our stay!
What a fantastic and necessary webzine this is! I, for one, am very interested and excited. And I’m impressed by the writing, even just on these introductory pages!
